The team at Angelus Advisors are trusted advisors for some of America’s most prominent companies, including Ryder, Papa John’s Pizza and PGA of America. They help businesses determine which ERP platforms fit their needs, outlining a game plan to help them procure, implement, test and deploy the system that is right for them.

Angelus Advisors primarily consults on projects involving Workday, an industry-standard ERP platform used by millions of workers worldwide. The platform enables companies to bring core activities like payroll, recruitment, and time tracking to the cloud.

Founder – Anthony “Tony” Velasquez


Anthony “Tony” Velasquez leads the Angelus Advisors team, which provides ERP advisory and ERP Program/Project Management services. He is an accomplished Senior Advisor and Thought Leader with more than 20 years of success across several industries. His broad areas of expertise include business/technology transformation, cost savings/business development and sales/revenue growth. Tony has held various leadership positions as a Workday Engagement Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Integrations and Testing Lead for various successful Workday deployments. Tony currently is serving as an ERP/Workday Program-Project Manager and Client Advisor (under Angelus Advisors LLC), where he assists clients in their journey from Legacy ERP systems to the Cloud.


A multilingual director/executive-level professional with over 20 years of demonstrated client engagement experience. Specializing in the management of complex client environments, cost savings/business development, and sales/revenue growth while managing challenging ERP implementations, domestic/international consulting services, and technical troubleshooting services for small/medium sized and Fortune 500 companies.


He brings over 10 years of hands-on Workday pre-planning, planning, implementation, and support experience. Prior to his role at Angelus Advisors LLC, Tony served as Sr. Workday Client Account Manager, within the Aon Production Support Services team (Oct. 2015 – June 2017) and also as Sr. Workday Integrations Delivery Manager (May 2012 – Oct. 2015) for Aon Hewitt / OmniPoint.

During this time period, Tony supported a two-phased implementation and post-Go live stabilization/program management, which at that time, was for one of the largest clients to Go Live on Workday (HCM / Payroll). Tony obtained his Masters of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies w/ Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is available to serve as your strategic advisor and trusted client advisor in your journey from Legacy ERP systems to the Cloud.

Why did I start Angelus Advisors? Purpose?

Family! Rather than having the typical consultant life of travel, work, laundry, expense reports and travel – I wanted to stay home more and spend time with my growing family. My oldest was 6 months when I started my solopreneur and consultant business. Today, my oldest is 6 and my youngest is 2.
